I’m Dan,

a senior scientist by training and an AI engineer by obsession. I’ve spent my career in healthcare and pharma (AstraZeneca, Recipharm and Sanofi), where the work has to be correct, auditable and reproducible. CoDHe Labs is my solo practice for building small, sharp AI that solves real problems: Microsoft Copilot Studio automation, Generative AI applications, Python workflows, and data science/ML that explain the “why”, not just the “what”.

My style is calm and practical. We’ll define success in plain English, prototype quickly, measure value, then scale the parts that work. Everything ships with docs, tests and a clean handover so your team can own it. I prefer open standards, avoid vendor lock-in, and keep privacy/security front and center.
